Where you live, rest and recharge.
No socials. No screens. No notifications. Just people: talking, reading, playing, making, or simply being quiet.
Open every evening, run by its members.
Everyone has a first place and a second place. The third place is the one in between: somewhere you go not because you have to, but because you want to be among people. That is what we are building in Osti, every evening after the coffee bar closes.
Where you live, rest and recharge.
Where you learn, build and deliver.
Where you meet people, offline, without a reason.
No staff behind a bar, no queue at the door. Members let themselves in, pour their own drink and leave the room as they found it.
Every member gets a personal code for the door. It only works during club hours.
Your phone stays in a locker at the entrance. For emergencies there is a phone on the wall.
An honesty bar with beer, wine, soft drinks, tea and snacks. Write what you take on the tally sheet; we settle monthly.
Each evening a member keyholder hosts, and closes up with a simple checklist.
At first there is no fixed programme. Come in and do what you like: read, put on a record, talk, play a game. The agenda changes every week. Open every day from [OSTI CLOSING TIME] until 23:00.
Planned agenda. Opening time to be confirmed before launch.
Once there are enough members, the week fills up with evenings like these. Watch the weekly agenda.
Talk about the book of the month, or simply come to read in good company.
Board games, card games and chess. Open tables, so just sit down and join.
Straight from work: phone in the locker, a drink, a real conversation.
Hands-on sessions with a local maker: painting, pottery, sewing, cooking and more.
Whatever the evening, these are always there.
One membership, every evening of the week. Drinks are paid separately via the honesty bar.

Yes. The Third Place is Osti’s evening club, in the same space at Citadellaan. By day you know it as a coffee bar; in the evening it becomes the club.
There is a phone on the wall for emergencies, and you can step outside to check your own whenever you need to.

Members write their drinks on the tally sheet and pay the total by monthly direct debit. Guests pay by card.
Not at first, on purpose. The club is simply open: read, put on a record, talk or play a game. Book club, game nights and workshops follow as the club grows, announced in the weekly agenda.
